I believe good quality sleep is so important for a child’s well-being, health and development but it isn’t always straight forward and an easy thing to achieve. By supporting you as the parent and establishing an age appropriate routine, you can transform and improve a child’s sleep (and therefore yours!)
When putting together a plan for you child I take in to account: a child’s temperament; medical background; developmental stages; family dynamics; settling techniques; parenting philosophy; weaning; milk and feeding methods. All children are different and it’s important we find what suits them as individuals.
